Australia is well-known for its amazing food and a melting pot of cuisines, but what is less known is that this country is a true treat for Coeliacs and other people who don’t eat gluten. If you’re new to Sydney or new to gluten-free life, here’s a little guide that covers some of the best places you can find delicious, gluten-free food. Take a look!

Cafes and restaurants

Sydney has a lot of restaurants that serve gluten-free food, so there’s no way we can name them all, but here are the best of the best when it comes to GF meals.

Red Lantern is a must for everyone, not just people who eat gluten-free food! This Vietnamese restaurant is mostly gluten-free and you can have everything from entrées to desserts. Their food is truly delicious, and you simply must try their oven-roasted eggplant and grilled fish, and finish with the coconut crème caramel for dessert.
